It's Just Too Much!

We think Owen was feeling a bit overwhelmed when attempting to walk the other day. Bern and I laughed so hard when we were watching this video. At first you may think Owen looks pathetic, but as you can see in the first few seconds he actually squints his eyes and is doing a great job of trying to make us feel guilty. Do you think this is his first run at a mini-temper tantrum? He sure is cute :)

Pioneer Farm

We went for pumpkins today. Pioneer Farm is a little place close to our house that is low key. The kids fed the sheep, looked at chickens, played in teepees and picked out pumpkins. A good time was had by all!

Sassy Lady

Amalia got dressed in her new dress from Jane for her birthday. It's hard to see,

but it has Halloween "pretties" on it. She wanted to get her picture taken and chose this lovely pose. She even put her foot up on the hidden formula can to make it look better. She is quite the sassy lady :)

The price of gas!

I know everybody in Holland is curious about the gas prices in the U.S. therefore I am going to list the current price in the states and Dutchland and show how much that would be in the other country.

Oct 15 2008 Cheapest I have seen it today.

$3.25 a gallon (/3.78 x Euri 0.733945) Would be Euri 0.63 a Liter.

In The Netherlands though it's

Euri 1.50 a Liter (X 3.78 / 0.733945) Would be $ 7.73 a Gallon.
